The air out of, completed August 2018, was the third story ever entered by Soph into the Wattys following Beauty 101 and Teardrops.

Though #TAOO was unsuccessful in taking home the gold in category 'sci-fi', it was able to win 3 wattpad-community awards, advocate for #MyYouth, become an EWA 2018 participant, and, get shortlisted for the Wattys.

I never thought I would even get close to being noticed, let alone shortlisted. TAOO will always hold a special place in my heart

Believe it or not, The Selection was Soph's very first story on Wattpad, created mid-June 2015. But yet, she's never let it go. In fact, the popular fanfiction to Kiera Cass' original novel of the same name began slow and steady, and only blew up once rewrites occured in 2018.

Out of the three stories that marked the beginning of Soph Vergeletti's writing journey, The Selection is the only that remains.

I remember joining Wattpad just to read books online. "The Selection" was a change of pace, but writing it changed my life forever.
